If you didn't know, OOT is an acronym for "Out of Topic". This means that the topics discussed here are strictly not related to the various games that are covered elsewhere on the Allakhazam site.
If you have something that you feel is out of topic, but it relates to a game, your best bet is to post that idea in the dedicated game forum instead of spamming it here. Odds are, if you post it in the game forum, you'll get a wealth of helpful and/or insightful responses. But, should you post it here, the locals will get surly and berate you.
Now, some of you may have noticed another button on the scroll bar on the left side of your browser that reads "The Asylum...". Should you feel the need to venture here, be warned that you must have thick skin to survive. If you are easily agitated, or if you get quickly flustered, please stay out of the Asylum. Of course, if the topic you wish to post/discuss isn't user-friendly enough for the OOT Forum (hereby refered to as "the sandbox"), you are free to venture into the Asylum and try your luck there.
Please try to follow these guidelines, or else Wayne Brady might have to choke a *****.

This is true Altar, but Twizzler here is trying to do a catch all, not only to FFXI players. You did a great job however.

my thoughts on it are that the ones who would be inclined to read this post if it were stickied, would not be the ones posting in the wrong forum in the first place.
I dunno, maybe edit it to include links to those other forums, and lose the "Wayne Brady might have to choke a *****." part (ok for normal posts if you must, but something that one might wish to avoid for a condoned sticky post) and i'll think about it. The other admins of course can feel free to sticky it if they like anyways.
