I talked about this with a friend of mine and wanted to know what you all think. I feel that online recipies have reduced the "time" someone spends with the ingredients. My opinion is that dishes like deep fried bull ********* where there are tons of different things to do, you really do need a guide. But for other dishes I feel that the experience is much less rewarding if using a recipie (i.e. dishes like scrambled eggs and ham, pea soup, pizza, etc.). Plus the value (in terms of money) doesn't seem worth it either. I mean what's the sense of buying a $50(U.S.) meal at Spagos when you can go online and learn to make it at home in a week or less....and potentially never eat it again?
Looking forward to your thoughts
