Hmmm.... sounds like this "industrial accident" is much like someone being "shot while attempting to escape".
He's ok, it doesn't take much brain power to pluck peaches from trees.
Nail guns aren't one of the usual tools of the produce harvesting industry.

I read a more thurough(sp) write up of this accident in my local paper. Apparently this fellow fell off a roof and landed on a co-worker that was using the nail gun. I've used nail guns before and the safety is built into the barrel of the gun. You have to press it against a surface and pull the trigger to fire a nail. Most people just hold the trigger down and touch the barrel where they want a nail. That being said it would take about 1.5 seconds to fire off 6 nails. I think this has to fall under the realm of freak accident.
