Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

I get stereotyped for my age a lot in game. :( Sometimes I think I'm more mature than atleast 50% of the ingame population.

Um, yeah. Please. Stop. Your rapier like wit is cutting me to the quick. You have damaged my delicate psyche with the implication that were I alive tens of thousands of years ago I would have been eaten by a large, now extinct cat.

How...

Terrifying?

*giggle* Nah, if he was a Neanderthal, he'd have been bonked over the head by another Neanderthal for some cave-shakin' fun. Them Neanderthals weren't none too smart, y'know. ;)

Look at his avatar. Lots of long lustrous hair for one of them Neanderthal men to snag and drag 'im off with. (Ya hippie! And that gitar, what do you think you're in, the Charlie Daniels band? Go back to the west coast, ya tree huggin' fruitcake!)

(Just kidding, I don't know what came over me. I'm in an odd mood today. Probably due to sleep deprivation, you know? Because nothing else could make me type and sound like a redneck more than that. :)

Seriously though - there's been lots of evidence that Neanderthals had shorter life spans, simply because most of the bones they usually find are those of "young" individuals (not 100% sure on how they know this, but they thought Lucy was a young female, at least, and wasn't she found with the skeleton of a little kid?), and in the female bodies at least, they can tell that they've probably given birth a few times (based on the pelvic canal width, pubic symphesis, etc, probably. After all, I'm not an anthropologist, so I really don't know for certain. But I am a Discovery Channelist, so I know the watered down versions of it. :).

So, even if physically they matured at the same rate (which I doubt), mentally they've had the survival of themselves and others on them at a much younger age, so mentally they probably were far far far more mature than the modern day 15 year old. (heck, even the modern day 25 year old, too, I'd imagine.)

So... since my husband is a high school teacher, I have had the misfortune/fortune to interact with 15 year olds quite a bit... I'll keep my usual opinion of them. ;)

I heard that early man never got Dieseases and and lot of th eother bad stuff we get to day becuase they actually ate decent healthy food. I believe them NOT using dairy product was a KEY factor to their supieor health... lot's of nut and berrys.. fish and meats..

(peronally I don't believe science.....
waht we cal Neandertahls are really the remains of Elves ^^)

personlly btw .. I always assume avery one is about 12.. unless proven otherwise.

A big deal with not getting diseases wasn't as much diet was it was exercise (they got a lot of it, it's hard to get obese when you have to outrun a bear or something) and the fact that they didn't live long. A lot of diseases people get are actually chronic developing diseases, a long life of bad choices is what kills most people - heart and lung disease. So, sure they were healthier! They died before they could catch something. :)

It's like how the #1 killer of people in G.W's time was tuberculosis, because they didn't live long enough to develop the heart disease that their diet would indicate. But did that mean their diet was better than ours because people at that time had a lower incidence of heart disease? Not really. :)

(Oh, another reason for earlier maturation and shorter life spans could be a high red meat diet. It's been shown to increase maturation rates in lab rats and shorten life span. Sure, Neanderthals weren't lab rats... but it's still an idea.)

But yeah, a diet free of McDonalds, Frito-Lay and Diet Pepsi undoubtedly was good for them. :)
