New "two-hour" giving an extra songFollow

Well, currently Bard's new "two-hour" ability (I know they prefer to use SP ability right now, but I like using two-hour, at least for now) will allow for an extra song to be cast. Do you guys think this was a better choice in the long run instead of the previous two-hour planned, which would have severely decreased the monster's magic resistance, and how do you think most bards will be able to handle it? Outside of a select few bards I've seen, a lot of them I come across have a hard time even handling two songs, let alone three. I wonder just how well most bards will be able to keep three songs up for the sake of the effect.

A 3 minute opportunity to get a 3rd song up doesn't seem very strong to me. In most cases for most BRDs that's an extra minuet for melee and an extra march for mages. Of course, once the song is up you should be able to keep it up forever, but if the mob dispels or someone dies or if you let it drop, that's it. And if you have Daurdabla the benefit is even less.

Personally I thought the original 2hour they had planned had more potential to be more potential to be useful if buffed up the right amount.

Well, no melee will ever complain about an extra serving of attack with their haste.

Edit: If this had been the 2 hour before, we would have only needed to rotate out 2 bards instead of 3 in a zerg alliance! Smiley: lol
