I hate to create a post just for this, but I've been gone for years and just came back. I couldn't find the answer in the "What's changed" general forum, the Bard's Everything You Need to Know forum or...anywhere else.
So, simple question: since I've been gone have they added any way to store all of these instruments without taking up 15 inventory slots? :(

There has always been one since <insert time when relics were added>, unfortunately it involves getting relic horn :P

The other option is to just keep one instrument and be like 75% of the BRDs out there that always want to party when I'm trying to party.
Even if they add a level 99 Ballad+1 harp like I suspect they will, relic horn is still worth getting because it's an all-in-one.
I only lug around six instruments these days:
Nursemaid's Harp (Lullaby+2)
Horn+2 (Elegy+2)
Faerie Piccolo (March+2)
Military Harp (Finale+2)
Transversiere +2 (Madrigal+2)
Cornette+1 (Minuet+2)
The most important things are covered - i.e. the three most frequently used melee buffs, and the three most critical debuffs. Everything else just gets an extra gear change slot in lieu of an instrument change.
