Apparently relic/mythic weapons can be modified, anyone know if G.Horn or other instruments can be as well?

Yeah I suppose, worst case its equal to Gleemans Belt for debuffs (but you could always augment it). I'm just excited at the possibility of a decent waist item.
Now that I think about it, its similar to the Jesters Cape +1 vs Astute option.
