So I just joined a Limbus crew and have a slight dilemma. I really want both the Cuffs/Cannions +1 but as most of you know it can take awhile for the drops. I figure getting the Cuffs first will be more beneficial but wanted some advice.

Cuffs first. Legs have several usable alternatives, but the Cuffs beat any hands slot item you may have.
If you have a string build, cuffs are also useful for that too.
Of course, this all depends on your current setup, but I can't think of any hands that come close to cuffs+1.

I agree with the replies. Cuffs is great!
And if it takes too long to get the other items for your Cannions +1 (the Coiled Yarn from Temenos comes to mind) and if you have a Salvage group, try going after the Marduk's Shalwar, those are spiffy pants!

Late in the response... after Cuffs and Cannions, you may want to consider the roundlet, which has a decent amount of MND for any Stoneskin or Cure build.
