I've done 5 Zhaylom runs since the beginning of the month, and 0/5 on anything from 5th floor (though on a run I didn't go to, damn thing dropped skadi legs and had I been there, they'd have been mine >_<). I still hold to the fact that it hates me. D: Stupid frogs.

554 with that, 559 once I get Astute, & I don't need +1 more skill for ~350K or whatever Marduk's Tiara costs. I'd need proof of a skill tier at 560 for that.
Worth saying that the whole small % increase of March is more for fun than practical outside of bard-swap 2H burns on HNM additionally with geared up Rune Chopper DRKs. Adding ~2% to double march without soul voice won't change most things like Utsusemi: Ni recast. If you use the tools available to swap more than just 5 pieces of gear at a time, then no reason not to use the 'best of' gear loadouts for each song/spell.
It's shocking the amount of comments I get from people thrashing on me for not having enough CHR, being lolGalka & everything else.... I like to laugh tho. "Dude, you only have like 90 total CHR, you're gonna be mad resists."

Rather long time lurker and have just started playing again a few months ago because I finally have time and funds. After leveling warrior to forty-one I decided to level white mage, then bard. Now at fifty hours of play I finally reached another milestone and my latest accomplishment: Beating the crap out of an old man.

However on this attempt I am exceedingly happy do to the fact that I broke Seraph's record for Shattering Stars (BRD) at five minutes, twenty-seven seconds.

On a side note I wonder how Rune Blade with the latent effect would fair against Joyeuse in terms of over-all damage...

Hit 56 and put on my Choral cannions :D Finally sold the ceremonial hose I'd been wearing. (BRD and BST: the only jobs where a well-made wedding dress is decent armor.)
I'm eyeing random pieces of BRD in my dynamis shell, but I'm in a steep competition for the BLM hat from Xarc and the points margin is far too narrow to risk getting even a single piece. (Like, I have 54 points and the guy behind me has 50. If we both attend a Dynamis run, but I lot bard, he will earn two points for not lotting anything, and I will earn one for lotting. I will be at 55 and he wil be at 52. Then the bard relic will cost me 3 points, and we'll be even, giving me only a 50% chance at the hat instead of the guarantee. Maybe when my bard hits 70 I'll risk it. Or, maybe the stupid hat will DROP and I can be done with BLM relic already . . . . )

It looks good with just about anything though, whether you are wearing Sha'ir pieces, AF/+1, or relic.

I just started back to FFXI last weekend... (WoW is boring to me now)
I was BRD33 when I left 2 years ago.
Came back... remade all my macros... took 30 min...
Put up LFP flag... got an invite in 1 minute (I love BRD)
in less than 4 hours we blew through GC and CN...
Went from 33 to 37 @3K.
