Cast/Recast TimesFollow

Bard Songs have a 2, 4, or 8 second cast time.

All Songs have a 24 second recast timer.

Of course, you can keep 2 songs going at the same time so it's generally not a problem that the recast is fairly long.

If you don't have an instrument, though, you can't be doing multiple songs at once.
