Thinking about getting into Bst since I'm back from a long hiatus.

Just wondering if there are any Synergy recipes relating to Bst?

I browsed a few wikis and it seems to be all cooking -- which, thankfully, I leveled to 70 back in the day. Would like to make my own jugs/food if I can.

yes a lot of the newer jugs have synergy recipes. Often there is both a cooking recipe and a synergy recipe... like here:

As you can see you get higher yield with same ingredients with synergy.
