NPC + Jug PetsFollow

I know I must have misunderstood this but the way I read the updates it implies we can buy jugs from npcs.
Now maybe this is true, hope burns eternal and all that, but I have been looking around and haven't found ANY npc willing to dispense jug pets ANYWHERE..I think the ultimate beast slap would be for npc jug pet to be selling them for 150,000 a stack in Norg..
Hope someone can point me in the right direction...I have gil will travel..

I guess they expected the HQ Rates to be that big that they 3/4'd its resale...

Well here on Bismarck the price history for Lars (HQ) as of Mar 31 2010 and prior was 100k per stack.
The single Lars are still selling for 4k~6k each.
Now here is the interesting thing:

On April 6 2010 -
6 stacks of Lars HQ was sold
The first stack was sold by a seller who was selling to himself for 12k.
This was then followed by 5 additional purchases of Lars for 12k per stack all sold by the same seller but now with different buyers.

Seems like the seller is trying to stimulate the market by drastically cutting the price by almost 90%. I have no idea if he is taking a loss by cutting the price this much, it seems too good to be true.

While more lars would be a great addition to bst, it (as all other jugs) still won't make BST sppealing towards group play, so I wasn't too excited about it.
