Mithra BST/WHM EquipFollow

Hiya, I've decided on a Mithra BST/WHM. Now that I've narrowed down what I will play, any of you have some advice on equipment I will need?

Just wondering some mainpieces that will be helpful- also I dont know how to balance the stat +'s on the equipment, beacuse I dont know how they effect BST all that much yet.
