Can beasts be Beefed?Follow

hi message boarders, just wanted ask if anyone knows the answer to a few questions

1. i am pretty sure they can, but can beasts you control be cured?

2. Can beasts be protected/enchanted in general?

3. Are beasts benefited by bard songs like your party?

4. also if anyone knows the answer to questions 1,2, and 3, does the same apply to espers that you can summon? please let me know, because i think it would be a big factor in deciding whether beast master was really for me or not :)
