Test ServerFollow

Too lazy to download and deal with the test server myself... anyone around these 'bouts (<.<; where's VZX?) played around on the test server with RNG?

:o Curious on our new TA /ra thingie.

Recast/Duration, how much enmity is transferred (or not gained rather, I would assume would be easier to test), etc etc.

Still haven't had anyone to tell me Recast/Duration.

If it is a 3 minute/5 minute deal, this seems to be epic on a grand scale. Would make it very easy to avoid capping hate with minimal -enmity, even in stupid long fights.

But knowing SE it is gonna be a 30 second or 1 minute duration on a 10 minute timer like all the other abilities seem to be. -.-; But I can still hope!

Or it's going to be a single shot duration on a 30 sec timer like Trick Attack

Sounds pretty good since volatile emnity caps so fast it really doesn't matter outside of the first 10 sec. Cumulative emnity was always the real issue.

Glad its more than a stealth shot/trick attack think. A berserk type 3 min duration on a 5 min timer would be epic as previously stated.

Stepped out of mog and activated it.

recast: 5 min
duration: 3 min

I heard something about 'diverts enmity up to a certain cap then the rng receives enmity as normal' but can't remember where I saw it. At any rate its 60% of the time and maybe can even merit it in the future.

For those who are interested what the community representative says on RNG JP board regarding Decoy shot, I've provided some translation on some of the important points. The post from Saelae (above mine) explains how the decoy shot transfer a fixed amount of enmity to other player.

The "250 damage" is an example, but he didn't write that such enmity diversion mechanic is just an example. So it's probably really a 200-damage-worth enmity diversion (after enmity calculated) per proc.
