SE's Vision for RNGFollow

Sorry about the thread title, I know for a fact I typed in "SE's "Vision" for RNG" but I guess that's not what shows lol. Ok and now it does show. Idk, if the title doesn't satisfy, apologies.

I'd be lying if I said I trusted SE to fix RNG's enmity woes (or any other woes) in one fell swoop, but it's a definite step in the right direction.

No mention about RNG's ability to heroically stand tall as the enemy wails on our complete lack of native defense...

Erm wait a minute...

I think they're trying to have it easier on us enmity wise so we don't pull hate as often (thus not needing to have defense). Looks like they're turning us into a ranged thief, it would be nice if we could get subtle crit or damage bonuses when attacking from behind ala Sneak Attack (not anything as drastic as Sneak Attack modifiers, but some bonus would be nice).

Also, Subtle Blow would be extremely nice in this day and age of not feeding NMs TP. At least they're acknowledging we have enmity issues...

Thinking on the listed changes, it seems that the ranged attack alteration will either be systematic to /ra or a RNG trait, either way that's way better than a JA which is only useful every other minute if you're lucky.

If such a change works out to be real -Enmity, it'd be nice if we could push into the high 30's to 40's of -Enmity, since the returns on stacking -Enmity increase nicely at those amounts.

It's good for NM fight; 2 stuffs we don't want to happen:
- Giving it too much TP
- Pulling hate

And they pull it to the right direction (at least from their write up).
Hopefully there will be enough Subtle Blow given to let us cap it.
