I can't find anything regarding it. Is it alright to get this if I don't have Kriegsbiel? The stats on it are racc+3 rattk+3 enmity-5 and it's an axe.
Also, I'm lvling RNG now and can't seem to get the PPA arrow, can you only get it if my home nation is above windy? Because bastok is NEVER above anything. :/
Edit: Also, what kind of expansion head is the norm? Some people in LS say snapshot if you don't have the quadav helm, others say WS piece onry. I was planning on full timing AF/AF+1 for now and WS in wyvern helm. Any suggestions?

tart is clearly worse than kriegs for the purpose of damage, and quite possibly worse than our dagger options, since its a 75 item and the fight isn't easy I'd say screw it and go axe/dagger franny/hawker+1 being the best setup there or break out the fire staff/mekki shakki. It's not even a good melee option for /dnc campaign work.
yes if you are not a windy native you must out-rank windy to buy a PPA(or whatever the quiver is called)
if the expansion head is the first end-game piece you get, get snapshot on it, you can change it later for the (better) ws piece options.

I'd get the WS ACC 15, Str 4, Racc 10, Ratt 5 head if RNG is your main job and you don't have or plan to have any other high level jobs.
If you do have other jobs then I'd stlll get WS ACC 15, STR 4, but add something that helps both (the WS damage mod for instance)
And yes, that axe sucks. Go Franny/Trailers or Franny/Hawker's +1 until you can afford Kriegs.

I've been asking this question and can't get a clear answer or probably people haven't read it yet.
Wanted to know how good is racc/snapshot vs rattack/snapshot if I have only 4/8 archery and no marksmanship. I will also be using RNG for stuff like gods/einherjar/jailers/maybe limbus and dynamis. Should I change it to rattk? The main r.acc I would have is behemoth+1, seiryus kote (till I get gauntlets), Vision/Hollow earring, qiqirn collar, Selene's bow random racc. Working on buccaneers belt but yeah, that's about the r.acc I have as galka once I hit 75.

Are you referring to Mirke?
If so, then I'd go RACC/snapshot for TP and use a K. Osode for WS's.
If you are using the Mirke as your all around piece, then I'd go RACC 10 RATT 10 (Ranged Hauby). i'm not a super strong believer in snapshot over racc and ratt since we have no autoattack feature. Others will disagree of course. Such is the joy of the internet.
Of course if SE ever makes Haste affect snapshot....I reserve judgement to change my opinion

I only use tartaglia when Im trying hard to not pull hate. Its situational.
Courser's Pugio AGI+5 Ranged Accuracy+11 is a nice r/e dagger but the drop rate sucks. Took me about 12 kills for it to drop with th4. I use it with xbow because I dont have any merits in marks and the agil is nice with kreigs. Franny/Courser's would be a fine free combo.
The synergy rng/cor head also provides snapshot (Ebon/Furia/Ebur Visor- AGI+3 Ranged Accuracy+2 Ranged Attack+4 Enhances "Snapshot" effect). You can put some nice racc/ratt evos in it vs your mob family of choice with the Ebur. I made mine vs beasts and it has a max bonus of +9 racc/ratt + base stats. Nice tp piece if you dont have scnm head even without the evo bonuses.
I would build moogle hat as a ws head. Its too perfect for slugwinder to use for tp build imo. Especially with a snapshot synergy head being an option now.
