Can u quiver ALL arrows...or just certain ones.
When you talk to the quiver Mithra (I don't know what else to call her hehe)...she basically tells you that she quivers any of the arrows *except* for the cheap ones like Wooden.
She'll tell you which ones...she's a very talkative Mithra. :P

Silver, Beetle and Horn I believe
I've seen Iron Quivers in the AH (no 12 stack though, just a single), so I would assume she does Iron as well.

She can do iron too. Got me 12 quivers once I could use them and they've kept me going 5 levels without any 'Hey guys I gotta go back to town for arrows' Still have one quiver left which should get me to 20 when I go off to the dreaded quifim where I'll start using the beetle arrows I got a bit ago.

I just became a ranger a little while ago and am lvl 16 atm. i would like to know where this "quiver mithra" is exactly. i heard she jumps from city to city or is in the city ranked first in conquest. is this true? and what location in each city does she appear in?

Always found in the city ranked first in Conquest. If there's a tie, I don't believe circus exists at all.
San D'oria: In front of South San AH. Under the eastern tent.
Bastok: Port Bastok between Residential Area and N. Gusta exit.
