Ranger kingdom questionFollow

I only see a Ranger flag quest in one kindgom, will all kingdoms have a flag quest for a Ranger or do i need to be a part of that kingdom, or can i as one kingdom except a quest from another to become a ranger.

I am not 100% sure about this, but I do not believe you have to be affiliated with the Nation that these quests start in. I really can't see that happening as that would limit down who would be able to play the classes.

you can take quests in other nations as much as you like, as for the advanced job quests you may need to build up some fame in the nation its in before you can start it
