Wouldn't serve any purpose. If a DRK needs attack, he's getting buffs anyway, period.
Absorb-Haste (or Speed) is a logical step. Gives us a Magical haste source for solo/lowman without affecting those high-buff situations, and would act as a reliable slow for damage mitigation too.
Buffing Entropy serves little purpose because Scythe has hit the 5-hit wall. If Scythe could more easily go 4-hit (Apoc can't pull it off btw, because all our good STP gear puts us at 25% haste anyway, there's no 'exchange' to be made).
So from that, I would almost suggest a new Trait for DRK: A native Store-TP increase or base TP per hit increase based on the delay of your weapon, scaling hard after ~450 delay (which is the 'pit' of the TP gain vs delay graph). If it produces a decent increase to Scythe's base TP gain it could easily make 4-hit the norm while not (over)benefitting Ragnarok or other low delay Great Swords and naturally not one-handing.
