Where to get good "store tp" without too much sacrifice?Follow

So recently I've been thinking that store tp would be a very nice idea >_>
Well ok I've always known it's a good idea but I liked my perle haste set being that it's the only haste I have.
I've always loved the idea of attacking faster with little delay but i guess I should get past that phase and learn that ws is the only king.
Though where do I get good Store TP stats?
Using my Kalavejs/soon to be Kauriaris my base TP is apparently 11.8.
For a 7 hit I need a TP of 14.3 per strike. 6 Hit looks even more like murder when it's 16.7 (rounded up of course).
Now I believe, that since Store TP is a percent modifier, for 7hit I need 22 Store TP, 6 hit is 42.

Now if we assume we are subbing Sam giving us STP II (15 STP). This comes down to finding an extra 7/27 STP respectively.

My only Store TP item is brutal (+1), Chivalrous Chain is also +1 but Bale is far superior to that piece. I haven't finised promy missions so can't get that juicy looking ring but I hope to eventually get it some time soon.

But what are the other pieces that are good?

Prefeably without sacrificing too much accuracy and haste if at all possible. Something cheap, something that doesn't even require a pt or a week of time for a casual player.

You need +22 Store TP to 7-hit your 456 delay, because this gives you 11.8 * 1.22 for 14.3 TP per hit.

If you use Resolution in none of that you get 1.0 from the secondary hits for 11.8 + 1.0 x 4 or 16.8 TP total, but if you're still using Spinning Slash or Ground Strike you'll have to turn up your TP phase Store TP or wear the same +22 in your WS gear too to either maintain 14.3/hit from the WS or make up the difference in the TP swings.

Raja's Ring (CoP completion), Rose Strap (Campaign/Allied Notes), Goading Belt (Abby-Tahrongi KI NM, rare drop), Houyi's Gorget (Qilin VWNM, rare drop), and Ace's Leggings (Abby-Attohwa Boss NM, 100% drop) are all Ex gear and rather crucial. You're really SOL if you think you'll be doing extreme builds without gathering these, not to mention having to break your Perle set for Ace's.

You won't be doing any hitbuilding at all without at least two of these pieces, and really you should be concentrating on at least Empy+1 beforehand so you can break your Perle set bonus.

Of course you don't wear STP gear if you does not bring you to a new hit tier. I only listed gear that you could use. Ffxiah has a power search that does wonders for finding stat specific gear.

Since you seem to be on the low end with atma, gear, etc, I can't speak for you, but I probably have near capped accuracy on anything outside void watch as a naked DRK with capped skill. So accuracy outside of void watch and legion is not so important.

You should still have an accuracy gear set, but you're probably gimping yourself wearing +11 acc instead of reaching a new hit tier.

Hit rate caps at 95%. Outside of Abyssea, Voidwatch, Legion most everything is lv75 content, so between 420+ weapon skill and level correction, I can't think of much that would be particularly evasive. Maybe Dawon? Oh, and Qiqirn NMs in Neo-Nyzul.

Inside Abyssea, along with level correction and skill, you're getting a huge DEX boost which heavily favors 2h weapons.

In either case, if accuracy isn't capped, it'll be close enough. It is possible there are some random NMs that I never fight that will still have high evasion, but that's why you have a special accuracy gear set since if it's tough enough to need accuracy gear, it's going to need a lot of accuracy gear. I can't remember the last time my parser read below 93% accuracy on that content.
