So I was looking on some sites and I see it has a 60% dex modifier, is the best way to gear for weaponskill primarily Dex or is Str still relevant?

Your math is off on the relationship of DEX vs. STR on base damage with a 60% DEX mod. DEX is actually going to be more potent than STR with CdC. Quite a bit more potent. 5 DEX will give a guaranteed 2 WSC, with about a 50% chance at 3 WSC. 5 STR is 1 fSTR with a 25% chance of it being 2 fSTR, so the ratio is probably closer to 1 DEX : 2.25 STR for CdC.

Probably suggested order for me would be:
DEX >> Accuracy >> Attack >> STR.

With my current gear (which isn't great), I would probably do this.

feet: Hecatomb Leggings

I agree with you, I feel that DEX, Acc, and Atk have a more or less equal relationship on CdC (Probably not obvious because I used the notation >> between them), with a slight advantage to DEX over the other two unless you REALLY need acc. On my gear list above, I said I would use Nifty because I don't actually have Atheling yet, haven't done the NM with a bunch of other stuff to do first. Nifty is 5 DEX 9 atk, so I would definitely use it over a lesser attack piece like Amemet +1/Foragers. Obviously Twilight Helm would kick the trash out of Perle Salade as well, but again, I don't have it yet. My main point of posting at all was that STR is by far the lesser stat to pursue when trying to gear for CdC, and even not trying to gear for STR, I still get a substantial amount of it in the set. I do have a question though (since I am probably going to start working on an Almace pretty soon), what would you use for body? I have perle Hauberk right now, which is 8 STR, 4 DEX, 8 acc/atk, 2% crit rate. Possible alternatives? Zahak's? Hauby +1? Twilight?

Edit: Nevermind on body question, thought Twilight was only +10 to all stats, +15 makes it pretty much it.
