Assjammer is a quite decent enmity helm for swapping.
But campig fafi for it? Nah, not worth it.
If you happen to be in a HNMLS and you do camp fafi, take the chance to get one. Otherwise its probably not worth.

I'd say it depends on the difficulty for you to obtain it. Consider similarly-used pieces: Iron Ram Sallet is less enmity, but may be desirable for a magic damage taken set, and is easy to obtain. Hydra Salade is likely even harder to get, and is harder to work into a cure cheat. Aegishjalmr is better overall than those...but would lose out to a Bahamut's Mask ('cept on cure cheat) or the new Hero's Galea (in every way possible).
If it's something you can pretty easily get, then sure, it'd be well worth it. If you're considering camping the Aery and offering people a fair chunk of gil for one...I'd probably reconsider that at this point.
