PLD/RDM macro setFollow

Hello, I was curious as to how other PLDs have set up a macro palette for /RDM. I understand that the big RDM enfeebling spells' enmity has been nerfed now but I did want to make out a palette for some small things. Currently Martial master is up on my server and I'd like to cap shield skill for one thing. A little guidance on what spells would be more prevalent in a macro set would be greatly helpful. I keep a general bread & butter set of:

[Flash] [] [Cure3] [Cure4] [] [] [] [] [] [Reprisal]
[] [Cover] [Shield Bash] [Rampart] [Sentinel] [Defense Swap1] [Defense Swap2] [TP Set] [Weapon Skill] [Invincible]

Given Sub Job abilities/spells the macro arrangement will change. I have high prevalence towards utilizing the bottom row over the top row for PLD specific abilities. If anyone would be willing to share how they set up there palette it would be greatly helpful. Thank you in advance. :)

My macros are always setup so my main job abilities are on the top (CTRL) and my subjob abilities are on the bottom (ALT).

[---][/target <bt>][Cure 3][Cure 4][Shield Bash][Sentinel][Rampart][Reprisal][---][Flash]

I know that ALT-2,3, and 4 are no longer useful, but I haven't swapped them out for anything yet. Alt-5 is waiting for when I hit 50. I'll probably replace ALT-4 with Convert and ALT-6 with Refresh so it lines up better with my Dual Box's pallet. ALT-7 will get haste for the same reason.

[reprisial][shield bash][sentinal][rampart][phalanx][stoneskin][enblizzard][Vcloak+parade][shieldskill+gear][MDB+MDT-]
{cure2} {cure3} {cure4} {Flash} {cover} {Acc+} {Physicaldmg-} {fullaskar+hpmaxUP} {normal1} {normal2}

I used to use ctrl 1 for provoke, and so I just changed it to reprisal on /rdm and /nin.

I usually flash, hp cure cheat and usually the dmg from dot brings my atonements up.

On /nin I usually always put uts:ichi/ni on alt 6-7 and switch acc+/physical- to ctrl 6-7.

Phalanx/stoneskin/en-spells all have enhancing items macroed in as well as the relic/AF needed for the JA's (Sentinal => Valor Leggings).

Thanks a lot for the replies, I think I may try out switching PLD specific abilities/spells to the top and Sub Job abilities/spells to the bottom just to see how that meshes. :)
