Enmity generation for the following spells has been adjustedFollow

Ok someone test asap, casue they may have partially nerfed /rdm for us now if they decreased some of our better /rdm ce hate tools. But will help us keep hate off blm for sleepga scenerios.

It's not us they're targeting, it's RDM. We're suffering from the fall out of SE deciding that RDM has "ruled supreme." Some RDM's prefer being able to use those spells without pulling so much hate. Others don't. Universally, though, the change hasn't been received with open arms - it's been tolerated because what else are we going to do? NIN made out worse than us, though - at least we HAVE Flash and self cures to fall back on.

/BLU adds some good Enmity options but suffers from a lack of not having anything by way of damage output or mitigation. Cocoon doesn't do much, really, considering how broken Defense is to start and how much defense we have already. The defense on Perle isn't bad at all, either, being at 179. That's more than Iron Ram or Valor, which used to be the standard "Defensive" sets out there, so Cocoon isn't letting us make up for using offensive choices at the expense of defensive choices.

If /BLU attack spells hit even remotely reliably, it wouldn't be such a bad thing, but as it stands, all you're getting from /BLU is enmity tools. Many of which can be interrupted if you're trying to get them off while tanking. /DNC works far better for mini-provoke + additional curing power (although, yes, it does affect damage output, as well...)

Even though it's not on the list, I'd imagine they still changed it. Would be kind of dumb if they didn't.
