Retribution cRatio bonusFollow

Good morning! I reaaaaaaally hope I didn't miss this in the sticky, or my google search on the topic, or in my perusal through the past several pages of posts, or in digging through lolKI or BlueGartr.

I'm currently roughly halfway through unlocking my pole of trials, and I've seen a few references to Retribution having a similar cRatio bonus as Spinning Slash and y/g/k. I can't find anything other than vague references though, and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for what to expect.

If this is currently unknown, I'd be glad to test it out once I unlock it, as capping parry in the Tree is the next box on my to-do list. However, I don't run windowed, so my question then would be is writing down all ws's and putting them into excel sufficient? Or is a parse of normal hits required as well to figure this sort of thing out?

On a somewhat unrelated topic, before I spend 200k on an Ice Shield, I just wanted to make sure that Reprisal with an Ice Shield works like an additional effect weapon and an enspell. I.e., the equipment's effect will overwrite the spell's effect, but not cause the dreaded "Spell has no effect" message. Just need the warm fuzzy on this, and thank you again.

PS. Sword and shield, I know. Capping staff/unlocking retribution is for job completeness, personal satisfaction, and situational usage during sky farming or helping whm friends get pirate cudgels.

I dont know what you mean by cRatio, what I do know,
Retribution
100 TP = 2x damage
200 TP = 2.5X
300 TP = 3X

Now to compare
Full Swing
100tp = 1x
200tp = 3x
300tp = 5x

However retribution seems to do more consistent damage than full swing.
But a 5x full swing can be sick (i did 2100 with it full buffed).
