Wait ! Plorith! I highly suggest soloing nin to 40 , at minimum! :D Let me explain! Okay, I know you probably hated it all 37 levels of it. Many people do. But as a tank, it is your responsibility to know the indepth details of how those shadows work! It is just my opinion but I would say you cannot afford to pass up the opportunity to learn how to count shadows on the job that gives them to us =). You can get the :NI wheel at 40, for BCNMs and CoP fights(nin destroys the mammet fight- I don't think that point is argueable in the slightest). The important part is since you are soloing (or maybe a friendly duo with someone), your life is on the line so-to-say. You will learn how to rely on those shadows for your very life, fighting tough opponents. You've probably already got :ichi casting down, now just time to learn how to work them both properly and discover the magic that NIN is from 37~mid40s. Then when you come back to PLD/NIN@75 you will fully be aware of how the shadow rotation goes with the timers and such. (ok that was a longer paragraph than I intended)
Latest accomplishment: Spinning Slash aquired^^. It is SO much fun! It is so much more consistant than vorpal blade or swift blade, even. I am suprised that it is just barely 230 and while my sword skill is 280(merits), I can barely get my vorpal blades to match what spinning slash does to DC, EM, and T stuff in the boyahda tree. Even w/: hauby, Cchain, Ohat, Lifebelt, woods/ven, spikex2; I really wish sword was better ; ; but enough of that gogo greatsword :)

If you need a bard to get "good exp" in a merit party, you're the weakest link.
