It'd be good for Ukko's Fury in low Acc situations, such as Legion or Provenance Watcher. In capped Acc situations, Windbuffet Belt would end up doing more for you in the long run.

While we're on the subject- I don't have Windbuffet yet and was thinking about getting a Breeze Belt to go with Breeze Gorget for WS. Would Caudata beat Breeze Belt for Abby and lower tier VW type stuff?

Caudata should beat Breeze, yes. It'd offer the same Accuracy, +15 Attack (which the Breeze Belt doesn't have), and +6 STR to the 60% STR WS modifier to Ukko's Fury, whereas Breeze Belt would only raise the fTP from 3.0 to 3.1, which isn't an enormously significant boost.

Ok, thanks. I wasn't sure because I didn't know how the extra +0.1 fTP would compare to the +STR and +ATT. I really need to sit down and work out some of this math on my own so I can answer these types of questions myself- I just can't seem to find the time -_-
