War nerf adjustment on test server - RestraintFollow

Well, a lot of WARs complained they got nothing this last update.. now we got something!!!

Must be official forums, because in the five million years Final Fantasy XI has been out I have never once seen a complaint about updates from a main job Warrior.

Lot of whining on FFXIAH forums from bandwagoners around the time of the update. While I would prefer not to lose the potency of restraint, it won't be game breaking at all so meh.

Back when WAR was unchanged (directly) for years and years, sort of like how the Crocodile hasn't changed. SE was making adjustments to the other jobs during that time, but not to WAR. It went from "just a subjob" to a really respected DD without a single change to the job. And that was even before the big 2 Handed weapons change.

I still work on the assumption that as far as WAR is concerned, no news is good news. Job has never needed adjusting. At all.

Test server info is showing that they are gonna cut the WS damage bonus we were getting in half if they keep it like they have now. Kinda sucks, but they aren't halving Berserk or Double attack so I am content.
