Quick Perle Set QuestionFollow

I've heard conflicting accounts of the set bonus on the Perle set. Several WARs I know in game say the set bonus can be activated with less than 5/5. 4% Haste at 4/5 perle, etc. The wiki says "Haste +14% Total with 5 pieces worn only." I have a couple pieces of gear that are better per slot, but would not be worth switching to if going 4/5 Perle completely drops the set haste.

So, Perle set haste, all or nothing? or 1% per piece if you have more than 1?
