Trying to still upgrade a few slots to max, and neck is one of those areas. I've been full time peacock charm for a long time because I had finished Sea when Thief was my only job.
I assume an Aqua gorget beats this out, but what's the proof for it?

Have the belts been tested to be the exact same? How do the belts fare vs other waist options and / or combined with the neck gorgets? Would it be worth it to use Snow gorget + snow belt with RR / Gekko / SC / ect. ?

Belt fTP boost has been tested and is solid. Aeolian Edge with belt does the same damage as with Gorget.
The accuracy boost has not been tested, but people have attested to it being there and belts being the best option on high evasion enemies.
