ffxiclopedia has info that this trait is granted at 76... any thoughts on the % increase?
simliar to store tp or other "II" traits?
i find that this is a cool, it effectively improves war in every way: dot, tp gain, etc.
i haven't really noticed an increase personally but i don't noticed much in abyssea parties, and i've been skilling up weapons, as well... i've been spending alot of time on thf doing missions and farming.

double attack II?Follow
I personally haven't done any testing but in abys it is hard to tell because of the DA and TA atmas being used.
I've noticed no increase in Double attack prior to DA/TA atmas post level 76 War, gonna call BS on the Double Attack II until I see proof otherwise. Using parser with great axe my double attack rate always came out at expected percentages in parties.

Some jerk's been editing the wiki with fake stuff. It's probably the same guy that put up Monk having Counter II and Thf getting Gilfinder II. That nonsense has been up for over a week now. Fencer III indeed.
