ok so i recently came across Ukonvasara. found info regarding the WS builds. But not which is the best tp build for war/sam (in and outside of abyssea)
not sure if 6-hit or 5-hit is best under parsers. any input guys?

I have no idea but I think I might be in love with you just for getting the Ukonvasara. Just sayin
I don't know what's better in terms of overall dot but there's two builds I can think of.
stp build (war/anything):
ukonvasara/rose/blank/white thathlum
turban/ravager gorget/ravager earring/brutal
ravager lorica +2/timarli dastanas/hoard/rajas
tactical mantle/goading belt/ravager cuisses+2/ravager calligae +2
totals:
35 stp
26% haste
8% da + brutal earring
gives you a 6-hit even if you ws in completely different gear
you can take adjust for /sam if you wish (ie. swap rose strap for pole grip)
haste/da build:
ukon/pole grip/blank/ravager orb
ravager mask +2/ravager gorget/ravager earring/brutal
timarli jawshun/timarli dastanas/blitz/rajas
atheling mantle/bullwhip belt/ravager cuisses+2/ravager calligae +2
totals:
26% haste
17% da + brutal earring
Both seem viable but feel free to nitpick, I just recently leveled war to 90 and I'm working on getting all my skills capped + weaponskills for blue!! so war isn't my concentration

The problem is 5 hitting the GA (/Sam, 5 hit without it requires stp atma unconditionally), which requires more work depending on atma/food choices, or just marry carbonara.
Ukonvasara/Rose Strap/White Tathlum/Zelus Tiara/Almah Torque/Brutal Earring/Attila's Earring/Ravager's Lorica +2/Ravager's Mufflers +2/Rajas/Hoard Ring/Tactical Mantle/Goading Belt/Ravager's Cuisses +2/Ravager's Calligae+2
This assumes Carbonara and no ticks of VV/retaliations, with VV you can drop Attila's/Almah or White Tath/Switch back to Belenos or, keep Almah/White Tath switch back to Atheling and should still keep 5 hit. You'll have to WS in Rajas/Attila's for this setup though. Would suggest Ravager's Gorget/Earring to replace the STP choices if not needed. Also on hands, Ravager's+2 is only for restraint, otherwise Perle. On Grip, if you somehow don't need Rose (Sword probably impossible due to delay/stp needs) > Claymore > Pole.

This set up will get you a solid 6 hits. 16.9tp per hit.
