Ditch the AF Boots for the acc variant (Fourth, I think they're called). Upgrade to Amemet Mantle+1 in a level. Try to get a Swift Belt and Rajas Ring.

also try to get a woodman or sniper ring to replace the unyeilding. the rse2 boots are a great option. the 3 dex on them will get you more acc than the 2 on the 4th boots.

Would be good, until you get a Rajas, which for the forseeable future will be glued to one of your ring slots.

acc>DEX for TP, use STR rings for WS.

the dex to acc ratio is 4dex = 3acc.

3 DEX ~~ 2.25 acc.

DEX-based TP builds were very niche. These days there's no real point in focusing on them. If you're fully optimizing a DEX/crit build, then you'll try to get Atma of the Razed Ruins, which has +50 DEX +50% crit rate (in Abyssea only, of course, but that's where most of the action is anyway). That alone will take care of it.

O. Hat is a very nice thing to have in general, since you can use it on all jobs, filling ACC/RACC/EVA gaps if/when you have them.

That said, Ravager's Mask +1 has 7 STR 7 VIT 10 ACC 10 ATT and +3% Double Attack. While it is a WAR-only piece, and needs a further 15 levels to wear...it's pretty easily soloed by spamming a quest, and completely trounces O. Hat for ACC purposes on WAR. Long term, O.Hat isn't that useful. It's only great for ~5 levels for TP'ing, and on a limited basis after that for WS. Short of a RACC or EVA build, it's really not worth getting for 85 onward, purely for WAR.

Which is not to say that getting one is a bad idea. Just that time/effort should be considered when looking at doing so. It's probably not worth going too far out of your way for at this point, for WAR alone.
