considering both Maneater/Iron Ram Pick and Maneater/Joyeuse have beaten Woodsville/Maneater for a couple of years now, I would respond with a 100% guarantee that any fully upgraded axe would beat woodsville for main hand in any situation (Exception being the OA3 axe, since that goes in your offhand regardless).

Except if it were baby photos, it would be like looking at before and afters of Michael Jackson. Only instead of turning into a white guy, he changes into a chick!

I messed up and completed my 2-3x Richardets axe for 80bst not even thinking that my war is only 75.

Well I guess its great axe or axe/joy until 80.

I also have bst only elemental magian axes like MAB and pet physical-%. Those are pretty worthless on war.

In terms of raw base Damage, though, even a MAB axe is still well ahead of most of the AH options.

Just be prepared for a lot of funny looks when you show off an axe with MAB on it.

Best axe?

You are probably looking at Empyrean one.

Best, reasonable to get axe?

Thunder or Fire axes most likely.

I think they were being sarcastic with the /DRK reference (I hope they where).

We'd have to compare it to current alternatives and setups, what weapon skill merits are being used for this comparison?

Where exactly did that originate from? The first time I saw it was in a thread about war/whm tanking Jormungand and I thought that was the original but I wasnt for sure. If anyone has a link to the original post it would be wonderful.
