Cuch/Virtuoso Belt/???/Heca.
Edit:Anymore recommendations in other slots. Also i know GA can win in some/more situations, So not really interested in use GA ect.. I've parsed both and Man/Ridill can win, 90% of time i am /nin.

unless you are also adding quite a bit of DEX in other slots too, haidate are mostly good for the their acc boost. perle legs are another good option for rampage.

I stick to Haidate for Rampage, the free 7.5acc is never bad for it and 15dex is a beauty.
