Hey all, I just got lvl 64 on my WAR today (I sub NIN), and I've spent a lot on gear but need a few opinions.
Main: Heavy Darksteel Axe (Gunna upgrade again before 75, but Byakkos Axe for 75 ^^)
Sub: Brass Grip +1***
RNG: Bomb Core
Head: Walkure Mask (Ohat at 70)
Neck: Peacock Amulet
Ears: Assault Earring, Minuet Earring (Fowling Earring***)
Body: Haubergeon, (Scorpion Harness)
Hands: RSE Taru hands, Pallas Bracelets (Gotta farm more Alky for sale and use)
Rings: Sniper's Rings, Sun Rings (Ruby Rings)
Back: Amemet Mantle +1
Waist: Life Belt, Headlong Belt (Warwolf belt)
Legs: Royal Knight's Breeches (Will upgrade at 70)
Feet: AF, have N Feet and will uncurse when I can use them/afford them :P

I was in a party today using Minuet earring with a BRD and figured that I'll usually be in parties with BRDs and was wondering if it's really worth the 120k I spent on the Fowling earring? Would I be better off selling it and buying the Mythril Grip +1 or w.e the STR+2 Acc+3 one is? I will also be able to afford the lvl 70 legs ontop of the grip and have 30k left over for other gear. Any thoughts?

Feet: AF, have N Feet and will uncurse when I can use them/afford them :P Stop using AF feet. The level 55 Bastokan Campaign boots are better. Dusk boots when you can afford, and work on getting your Aurum Sabatons.

Well, you're dependent on a BRD using Minuet at that point as well, and often they'll be doing 2x March. Worth having the Fowling IMO.

Something to look into. The lv 55 campaign point gloves give +5 Acc. Should hold you over till dusk @72.

If you lack CoP you could consider campaigning to get rose strap so you could get a 6-hit. However, good news in the update today since you should be able to do promys with just a friend if they completely drop the level cap.
Demon's Axe or Colossal Axe would be an upgrade to weapon. You could try to pick up a Berserker's Axe that would last you until Byakko's at 74. It really depends on the level ranges you plan to party in as to whether or not it's even worth changing weapons.
I personally like mythril grip +1 because so many camps are below 60 that if you ever level sync your pole grip is useless (mythril grip gives 1str/vit even at level 30). Plus mythril grip +1 can work in a PDT set and saves an inventory slot over axe grip for max damage.
Ammo and hat are fine. PCA is great even at 75.
I would suggest picking up a spike earring or a coral earring and trying to FoV augment it.
SH is one of the few war bodies that have HP on it! It's nice to swap bewtween it and haub when tanking easier than XP mobs, but haub fulltime for xp parties since you can't evade birds even with SH.
Fourth past gloves with 5 acc will be better til dusk.
Sun and ruby rings aren't worth using over accuracy rings for most things. FoV the ruby ring for a chance at giving them accuracy though!
Forager's mantle is a relatively cheap upgrade from Amemet Mantle +1.
Virtuoso belt is awesome as mentioned earlier. 12acc/4atk is basically your best option for WS'ing anything you need accuracy for. Virtuoso belt can also compete with swift/headlong belt for TP. Belladonna is easy to kill and pops on a timed window so it's easy to camp as well.
Exorcist's hose are an upgrade from RK breeches, but meh. You get ~1 more accuracy from them and if you sync down you would be better off in RK breeches. I would suggest skipping them and if you feel bad, FoV your breeches for a chance at accuracy!
AF boots basically give you a 1% increase, which is on par with the Fourth past boots (2acc). Creek F/M clomps are worth grabbing since 4str/vit will last you til heca feet for WS and make for decent TP shoes as well. Dusk at 72 would definitely be a clear improvement, aim for aurum sabatons if you can.
