Basically as the title says.
Gaxe's sticky mentions it in a gear list, but I don't see it in the section where he has builds setup. Higher str worth losing out on some attack and acc? Think it works out to like (for NQ hauby): 7str vs 4.75atk/3.75acc.

I would say it depends on the WS, this not coming from a WAR, btw, but I seem to believe Hauby +1 beats out Heca for KJ/RR, and Heca would be relegated to other WS. Once again, never did WAR math.

If you wanted to break it down more you could have separate gear for having bergressor up.

So I'm guessing the difference is small enough that it depends mainly on what buffs you have atm? E.G. what your attack is at.

If you have berserk up for example, you might decide to use hecatomb for KJ instead (though typically I only use KJ when zerk is up and use RR when it's down).
