modifiers vs attkFollow

whendo u stop stacking WS modifiers and start stacking str? not just on war, but for any DD. the way i understand it, say with KJ for example, u have 100str so u get 50 base dmg added to ur current base dmg(50% str mod) but when does say x attack become better than a 1 base dmg increase?

ps...correct my understanding of WS mods if its wrong also lol

It may sound like a broken record at this point but its all situational. cap attack obviously will give you no bonus's from additional attack so stacking mods while attack is low will do next to nothing. If your checks return with with "it appears to have low defense" then your attack is fairly near cap. I would stack str over other mods since its counted twice with fstr. Once for the str bonus and again with the weapon skill bonus and the weapon skill bonus does not have a cap to it.

Um, no. That's about as correct as saying "if your checks return with 'low evasion' then your accuracy is fairly near cap.

oh right level correction. but 80% is kinda close. thats only like 35 acc.

though with level correction it is +4 for every level the mob has on you which isnt reflected in the check.

well im almost certain that isnt the case....because i can get "low defense" message with just food at bird camp....and yet i get more dmg with another 25% from zerk...and even more from chaos roll or min....each attack buff adding a very noticeable amount of dmg..of course avging ur WS unbuffed/with zerk/with zerk + roll is completely eyeballing, i think a 200ish dmg increase is a little beyond the random factor of dmg...also if this were the case....having a brd SV minx2 over normal minx2 wouldnt jack dmg the way it does (example: 2900+ slug shot from a cor, 2000-2300 with basic minx2, and slug is a pretty consistant WS as if ull stand at same distance with same buffs 90% of slugs will be within 100 dmg of each other)

You go from neutral EVA to low EVA at 75% Accuracy rate. 20% from cap (40 Acc) is nowhere near the cap.
