Looking at a bazaar and someone is selling it for 500k. I seen it going around for 2 mil a month ago.
Going to start doing gods again so the ACC might work in my favor. But as a question directed to the War experts here, should I just get it. The delay of it is very nice as well.
But if i buy it I won't have enough to buy my cross-counters to finish my mnk counter build. What do you guys think?

In the case of two handed weapons, lower delay isn't always a good idea. Not knowing anything about your current gear makes it difficult to discern whether this is an upgrade or not, but considering Foolkiller ... it probably isn't much of an upgrade.

I sold the last one I got for 100k b/c I couldn't figure out when someone would use it.

Latent activated when your current title is "Troll Subjugator" (comes from killing Gurfurlur the Menacing). Yes I'm serious (at least I've seen several people make this claim).

Currently using Berserker's Axe. Same delay as Byakko's but more DPS, just a wee bit more.
Axe stats are;
level 69
504 delay
95 dmg
Gear wise I do it situational. TP in haste and ACC gear. WS in ACC and STR.

Keep the Berserkers, work towards Perdu. Foolkiller would be a waste of money. The accuracy is nice, but the asking price you're looking at makes it a ripoff.

Before I sold it for 100k, I actually checked all the titles. Including all of the ToAU beastmen king titles and the PW title. It isn't activated by titles.
IMO 'activated by troll subjugator title' is on par w/ "I got it from a tsai."

"monk counter build"? cross-counters have no use at MNK75... what would be the point of such a setup, if i may ask? (not that you should buy the foolkiller, though chances are there is some better upgrade out there than downgrading to CCs for some odd situation)
