Do tears of laughter count as crying? I find it quite amusing. Level sync is such a success.
Matt cap whores are killing our game ; ;
My favorite answer to "Your gear really could use some help pal" is "Well, it's cuz my play style is different" ;P
Ken.
Being sh*tty is still a different play style.
when i made that tabarzin post i was thinking about that kind of thing and laughing. i mean, what kind of attitude leads to tabarzin? i imagine an exchange like
<pahn> tabarzin, huh?
<WAR> that's right.
<pahn> you know, there's better axes that are either cheaper or a tiny bit more expensive (IRP, maneater, woodville) that are a fair amount better, not to mention GA.
<WAR> don't care.
<pahn> well... i see you have very little ATT and ACC, so GA would really be--
<WAR> let me stop you right there; don't care.
<pahn> i see... how did you get to 75 anyway?
<WAR> i dunno.
<pahn> don't remember?
<WAR> maybe.
<pahn> ...
<WAR> yup.
<pahn> yeah. ...tabarzin.
<WAR> gotta do it my way, son.
<pahn> represent.

seriously, where does the attitude come from? "i'm gonna pay $12/month to play this game, but fu
cked if i'll actually play it well! you can't make me accomplish the tasks set out by my job choice. i'm gonna be me!" it blows my mind. it's like if you played a console game and there was an enemy where you had to hit it with a special sword to allow you to damage it (you know the type), and the player was like, "[shaking head] god damn it, i'm not hitting you with that item. i don't give a fu
ck, i know it's the only way to damage you, but i'm doing it my way. [nodding] you're going down, mother@#%^er. yea-heh, that's me, son." (player continues doing this for hours/days).
how does it happen? why? but it does. it's insane.
