Man it's been a while. I haven't posted on these forums since I quit playing (back in September I think). Still love the game, but when all of my friends quit I lost the motivation to play it. After not playing the game for a month I lost motivation to even check Alla anymore.

But here I am bored, so entertain me or something. Like explain all the awesome changes (lol, warrior being changed...?) that have happened since I've been away because I don't feel like going to read patch notes.

So you were here for the 2h buff, but not for retaliation?

Retaliation is awesome. You run slower, so it sucks for things like nyzul floors (awesome on the bosses though). What it is is, 25% of the time when you are hit, you immediately swing back at them like a counter, except you take the hit too, and get tp for both the hit and your swing. Against mnk type mobs it's insane.

Dunno what other major changes there have been, except for the introduction of augmentation which is pretty cool. You can take items lvl50 or lower and get extra stats put on them through quests. It's random stats but the results can work out awesome, with STR/DEX+ or even haste I've heard.

I was around for Retaliation and Level Sync, but that was it. Now I see all this new jazz about these new fangled partial expansions (Scenarios I think they're called?) and the augment system that actually looks pretty neat, but when I read you can't use it on rare/ex equipment I immediately stopped caring because my WAR and MNK are more or less in 100% rare/ex gear.
