Asian "educational" videos are very exaggerated and made up. Ohh and the myth of Asian women being "submissive" is totally hilarious to anyone who's actually dated / married east Asian women. They only do that sh!t when they want you to buy them something.
On a personal note, there is a HUGE difference between native east Asian women vs their westernized counter parts. Woman's lib never really hit home out here, and women are often seen as sexual objects. How right / wrong that is depends on your point of view, but suffice to say men can almost get away with whatever they want out here and no one will care. Japan is more modern / culturally advanced though. If your making any assumptions or beliefs based on experience with westernized women, they won't hold true (for the most part) to the natives.
