Conjecture on Augmented ItemsFollow

With this announcement what do you guys think the best type of augments for some common WAR gears would be? Also, what equipment do you think would all of the sudden become more viable that were once considered garbage with the advent of the new system?

Lets make the following assumptions here about type of augments:
-Head/Chest/Arms/Legs/Feet gear of any type are able to be augmented. Other gear slots wont be augmentable (i.e. you cant augment your already l337 rajas).
-Attack and Accuracy augments will be available.( lets say 5-10 point increments)
-STR and DEX augments will be available. (3-5 points max per screen shots)
-Haste and DA augments available at 1%.
-They will be of reasonable difficulty to acquire.

Obviously we don't know what the specifics are yet, but based on the above assumptions what do you all think? Feel free to add your own assumptions if you care to comment.

Strange they would use that particular word there so I assume it probably has something to do with the new updates they're doing to Fields of Valor and the "Elite Training Regimens" they were talking about.

they don't seem to know how to gear their own characters... which is fairly self-evident given lots of jobs have shit for AF

looks like it will be very nice for low lvl gear.

Knowing SE, we will likely be underwhelmed rather than overwhelmed. I'm going to guess that the equipment eligible for augmentation are going to be limited to low to mid level equipment with little to no stats attached. Even after augment, the change won't be major enough to be a replacement to some of the already good gear; a bit like level-synched gear, but hopefully better.

I wonder if weapons are going to be part of the system.

You think that's bad, you should check out this crap. As far as threads like this? No real reason for them, but hey, new thread, new places to post. A place to point back to say "HAY, TOLD YOU SO" is kind of fun to, if you're into that kind of thing. I like it in the "Hay, I know Square well enough to know how they're going to disappoint me ahead of time" kind of way.

Oh, and we really don't have much of anything to really discuss, ya'nnow? Like I keep saying, the only real arguments we have is multiple weapons versus single weapons and semantics.

We could figure out unknowns...

Like what actually effects retaliation, instead of the blind and somewhat random and unfounded speculationa and claims. I mean just look at the wiki. We have an entire paragraph explaining the nuances of it, but nobody knows how to make it work better.

Or King's Justice. Why the hell did it suck when I was using it in Vunkurl on some EP pugils, and then when I go into nyzul on DC-EM/Behemoth, I spike 1500 damage WS/1000 dmg WS? Nobody knows.

We have things to talk about, they just require effort none of us are willing to put out.

Okay, we've a few things we could discuss, but I don't think it'd make much of a difference with how we would do things in the long run. Even with the mythic weapon skill, they've all got some fluke hidden effect that causes weird spikes that seems totally random.
