My initial reaction is that's a whopping load of meh, let's go piece by piece:
Head: Slightly more base MP and nuke potency than AF3+2 at the cost of 1 -Enmity and set bonus.
Body: Slightly more Elemental Magic MAcc and -Enmity than AF3+2 body at the cost of a lot of nuke potency and set bonus.
Hands: 3 more Dark Magic Skill than AF2+1, but still less nuking MAcc than AF1+1. MB boost TBD but I never personally bothered.
Legs: They removed the day/weather correlation bonus. THEY REMOVED THE DAY/WEATHER CORRELATION BONUS. Moving on, slightly more nuke potency than AF3+2, more -Enmity than AF3+2, at the cost of a 10~ MAcc.
Feet: Less nuke potency than AF3+2, 5 more Elemental Magic accuracy.
TL;DR: AF2+2 weak sh*t, up your hands for dark magic set.
