Well, mostly. Regen V is certainly a much stronger Regen spell than anything else we get (even Embrava), so it wins in terms of total HP restored. But, it's still a regen spell and as with all such things is easily dispelled, especially against some of the tougher monsters. At 90mp a pop, thats an expensive Dispel.
If SE really wants to go the whole Heal-over-time direction, they need to give us a Modus Veritas skill which works on player's regen effects. Reduce the overall duration, but double the healing. Only make this one NOT miss, thanks SE.
