Any help would be great need to know if theres a sch solo site or not that i can go to seeing that i only got a few hours a day to play cause of works crazy times any help would be great.

If you're looking for information pertaining to soloing for exp 1~75:

If you're looking for information regarding soloing NMs at 75, browse the forums to see if someone's covered it already; otherwise you'll have to be more specific about which NMs you're after.
