Officially 5/5 relic now.

with my gloves being +1'd the same day my mortarboard dropped too.

5/5 relic as well ^_^ Dyna has been good, gotten 3 pieces in 3 almost consecutive Dynas (there was Qufim there in between, and I already had sch pants), first mortarboard, then boots, then hands.

I came.

After 15 or so xarc runs without even seeing one, I finally got my argute hat putting me at 5/5. Just need the belt now.

I've had a lucky week, Dinged 71, got Argute hands Monday and just got Argute pants today WOOT!

Dinged 12 SCH.

Argute Pants

I'm beginning to appreciate how nice it is to lot in Dynamis for a job that doesn't have 50 billion people in line for every piece already (lookin' at you, Duelist Set). Still, knocking on wood until I can get the last 3 pieces (belt would be nice, but let's not go nuts here).

Edit: If it makes a difference, I'm not lotting these over higher SCHs. I'm waiting until it gets to the "Anyone with SCH1+ can lot" to get these; all our SCHs just seem to already have 5/5.

Congrats on the loafers. I got 5/5 sch relic in about 9 months off pick up dynas believe it or not. SCH relic rains and not a lot of people go for it or we already have it so you'll fill up in no time.



In other news, I had fun yesterday:

Solo'd him for the first time. I duo'd him a few times with another sch friend, and a rdm friend once to get used to the pull, kite pattern, his tp move pattern, and all that jazz. I died a few times during those duo runs trying to figure out the distance to force proc a tp move so I could outrun it, but I did it without death on my solo run, thankfully. Playing on 360 I have to feel out distance for max spell distance and all that.

Being able to make the u turns and kite back up the river is one of the hardest parts but by FAR the hardest part about this solo is the pull. If you've ever seen drake's spawn, you know what I mean.


I already had a magnolia box in my inventory from the test duo runs which is why one didn't drop despite it being 100% drop, so that's the reason for that if you were wondering.

No skystrider but oh well, go me. I'm proud of myself.

Well, not an accomplishment at all for most, but for me...

SCH 75!! With the added bonus that this is my first job to 75. I started playing in February, so that's 9 months to get where I am. I probably could have got to 75 much faster, but Mr Gunther Schultz got me occupied for about two months (22 tries, with about a month dedicated to get money for 4 HQ staves for the fight in the middle). In this time, I've also almost finished CoP (Just cleared Airship yesterday, thanks to the awesome LS I'm in), reached Rank 6, and progressed quite a bit on ToAU storyline.

So, yeah, I'm really happy I'm a 75 SCH, now it's time to grab some merit points! ^_^
