Wiki says it can be soloed, is this with using a sleep nuke method or is it with a gravity DoT method /RDM?

I suggest SCH/RDM.
You want to be able to sleep it (plus you have sucky DOT @50). Also, since they move fast gravity is really nice. Sleep > grav > nuke > bind > nuke > sleep > etc. Pace your MP (abuse drain as you can), and keep in mind that they have a couple dangerous TP moves, so keep an idea of their current TP. If you do it right you can "force" the AI to use wind wall instead of dread shriek *don't be near it when it WSs*.

Yes, every damage dealing spell is 10% TP, so remember to count it if you use Bio or Drain or something.
