This may be a bit hard to test but I was curious to know if anyone figured how effective the accuracy boost it gives. My linkshell did JoL last night. Two SCHs in the Alliance counting myself. I didn't observe all the nukes the other SCH did, but I did take notice that he managed a few unresisted nukes with Klimaform + Icestorm in full INT gear build as SCH/BLM with only the Wizard's earring(+5 elemental skill with BLM SJ) NQ gear and INT of 64+51.
I was BLM/RDM at the start of the fight and I had fair share of nukes resisted on JoL so I had to use mostly skill gear to land nukes without a problem.
BLM I can get up to 337skill with ice staff but nuked with about 320+ skill other nukes and 330 for ice magic.
I changed to SCH because a WHM fell asleep by mistake but ended up not really being needed because she woke up 10mins after I got back to the battle. With Icestorm up I was able to land 78DMG Cryohelix on JoL with and without Klimaform until Ice resist started building from the barrage of ice magic from the blms. I managed do Klimaform + Icestorm and do a few nukes with full DMG gear for low DMG then Klimaform+Icestorm in my full skill gear and landed 500-600DMG nukes then rested up and repeated this after getting good results.
I am wondering how this person managed to land nukes pretty well without merit elemental skill or use of skill gear. Unless INT plays a roll in how Klimaform and Storm spells work. I'm going to need to try nuking with IceStorm+Klimaform in my helix gear to see if I take many resist or not.
If anyone manages to get some testing of Klimaform done, I'll be happy to hear the results. ^^
